March | 32nd Board

To whomever it may concern, 

March 13th 2025

We decided on a location for our Candidate Board Integration Weekend. We also thought of alternative methods to let the Candidate Board bond with each other. We received a request from Universalis to join our Course Opening Party and we thought it would be a nice idea. We settled on a BoC Easter Egg Hunt! 

We received a few Board Applications, and were discussing who would fit what position. Sponsors are really difficult to get! Maybe it’s time for External Relations ;) 

March 25th 2025

THINK before you speak! In this Board Meeting, everyone was very mindful and we all thought before we spoke. (see image below) We planned the Easter Egg Hunt and sent a promo form. We had just had the amazing Gala (thanks Gala Committee!) so we needed to do some post-discussions about how the event went. We needed to plan our interviews with Applicants for the next Board. We also got approached by Sante to do a combined activity for INKOM, like we did this year, and we will probably do that. 

I personally had to THINK a lot before I spoke during this meeting..
